What counts as a contact?
Any customer or lead you add in the Contacts section. Deals, tasks, and invoices are unlimited on all plans.
What happens when I reach my contact limit?
You can view and manage existing contacts, but adding new ones will be blocked. Upgrade in Settings → Billing — your data stays intact.
Do I pay per user or per workspace?
Per workspace per month. Basic includes 1 user seat, Pro includes 2. Need more? Talk to us about a Custom plan.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade instantly in Settings → Billing. Downgrade takes effect at the next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), and net banking via Razorpay. GST invoices provided.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every new workspace starts with a 14-day free trial of the Basic plan. No credit card required to start.
