Pricing questions
Do I pay per user or per workspace?
Per user per month. If you have a 3-person team on Growth at ₹699/user, you pay ₹2,097/month (+ GST).
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade instantly in Settings → Billing. Downgrade takes effect at the next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial?
You can sign up and explore without a credit card. Features are gated by plan but you can try before committing.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay), and net banking via Razorpay. GST invoices provided.
Do you offer discounts for NGOs or startups?
