I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

On the login page, click 'Forgot password?' and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within a minute.

How do I invite my team members?

Go to Settings → Team and click 'Invite member'. Enter their email and assign a role (Admin or Staff). They'll receive an email to join your workspace.

How do I connect Google Calendar?

Go to Settings → Integrations and click 'Connect Google Calendar'. Log in with your Google account and grant calendar permissions. Once connected, you can schedule Google Meet calls from any customer page.

How do I import customers from a spreadsheet?

Go to Customers → Import CSV. Download our template, fill in your data, and upload. The import wizard maps columns and shows a preview before committing.

Is there a mobile app?

NeerSoft CRM is a Progressive Web App (PWA). On Android: tap the 3-dot menu in Chrome and choose 'Add to Home Screen'. On iPhone: tap the Share icon in Safari and choose 'Add to Home Screen'.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Contact us via WhatsApp or email at hello@neersoft.com. We'll cancel immediately with no questions asked and confirm within 24 hours.

Can I export my data?

Yes. On Growth and Scale plans, you can export customers and deals to CSV from the list views. Your data always belongs to you.

What happens if I go over my user seat limit?

You'll be prompted to upgrade before adding the new user. No surprise charges — you have to explicitly upgrade to add more seats.
